Research Questions

RESEARCH QUESTION ONE:  What is the effect of parental involvement on enhancing student attitudes about Earth/Space Science or scientific careers?

RESEARCH QUESTION TWO:  Do pre-service educators involved in COMETS demonstrate greater proficiency than non-participating pre-service educators in inquiry science instruction

RESEARCH QUESTION THREE:  Do the students actively engaged in COMETS demonstrate an improved ability for the following scientific processing skills: a) ability to set up controlled experiments and b) ability to differentiate between theory (or explanation) with evidence for it?
