COMETS lesson plans are available here.
Attendance information must be completed after each learning session. The website for submitting this attendance information is here.
Yout log-in is your last name and your password has been emailed to you. Remember, only one teacher from each center needs to enter attendance.
- go to youthservices.net/nsfays.
- click the log-in link in the upper right-hand corner
- click on Groups/Activities from left menu
- click View Group Services
- click on appropriate center (i.e. Fall07 Weekly Activities at Bob Burdette)
- click on the attendance tab at the top
- select the appropriate radio buttons for the types of activities that occurred that day.
- select the radio button for each student as either present or absent. Please do not leave any of them blank; check with the center first and then enter one or the other.
- SAVE, SAVE, SAVE.
If there is a student not enrolled at the center but has been participating, please check with the center to see if they are signed up for COMETS and if they have their permission/consent form. If so, please forward their info to us.
